DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training For Supervisors

As a supervisor or company representative you play a major role in maintaining a safe and drug-free workplace. Our DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training Program is an important component of an employer's drug-free workplace policy and it will train supervisors responsible for making a reasonable suspicion determination.  Training will cover the Federal Regulations guidance on the process and protocols of reasonable suspicion testing, qualifications of professional judgment the supervisor must have to make a reasonable suspicion determination, and all reasonable suspicion training requirements. This professional level course will meet the requirements of 49 CFR Part 655, Part 382, Part 219, Part 199 and Part 120 and is applicable in the private sector, public sector and DOT regulated employers. Upon successful completion of the course and passing the final examination, participants will be issued a certificate of completion confirming that they are eligible to take on the role of a Federally regulated qualified supervisor for Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
